The Easiest Gluten Free + Vegan Biscuits

I can't claim this recipe as my own, but I had to share it with you all because it's totally rocked our world!! They are the simplest and tastiest biscuits we've made since I've gone gluten free. They honestly don't even taste gluten free (yes they are THAT GOOD).  It's taken from a recipe shared by Going Home To Roost.

When I told my mom about this awesome recipe I found she said oh yeah, that's a southern goodie. So, I guess this is an old southern recipe that can be adapted for those of us who can't have the original southern style biscuits:).

- 1 cup Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free flour blend
- 1 cup Tofutti Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
( if you want to make a smaller..or larger!.. batch of biscuits note that the proportions are always 1 to 1 in this recipe)

1. Heat oven to 350 F
2. Mix ingredients together
3. Plop on a baking sheet or stone in spoon fulls
4. cook for 15 minutes!

Enjoy with some yummy yummy chia seed jam!

  1. Can't wait to make these! How much of a taste difference do you think it would make if I used Bob's Red Mill almond flour? Thanks so much for sharing! :] xo
