Going Home To Roost.
When I told my mom about this awesome recipe I found she said oh yeah, that's a southern goodie. So, I guess this is an old southern recipe that can be adapted for those of us who can't have the original southern style biscuits:).
- 1 cup Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free flour blend
- 1 cup Tofutti Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
( if you want to make a smaller..or larger!.. batch of biscuits note that the proportions are always 1 to 1 in this recipe)
1. Heat oven to 350 F
2. Mix ingredients together
3. Plop on a baking sheet or stone in spoon fulls
4. cook for 15 minutes!
Enjoy with some yummy yummy chia seed jam!
